Right of withdrawal

We grant you a right of withdrawal on products purchased from us. Please send us your cancellation in writing by e-mail or letter within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The date of dispatch of the cancellation is decisive for compliance with the deadline. In Switzerland, the right of withdrawal only exists if the seller grants it on his own initiative.

Exercising the right of revocation leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a rescission relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. In the event of a revocation, please return the goods to us immediately, unused, with the original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you. We will promptly refund the purchase price, less all shipping and return costs, upon receipt of the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return costs as well as any customs clearance and VAT outside Switzerland already invoiced to us by the supplier will be deducted from the invoice amount to be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for possible damage or excessive wear and tear from the purchase price to be refunded. We charge a flat cleaning fee of CHF 25.00 for soiled articles. Rechargeable devices and mods lose 25% of their retail price after the first use and can no longer be sold as a new product.

Please note that we do not grant a right of withdrawal for the following products:

for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications;
are clearly tailored to personal requirements;
can spoil quickly;
whose expiry date would be exceeded;
for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery;
in the case of services that have already been fully performed;
if the performance has already been started and the customer has expressly agreed to this performance beforehand.

Atomisers (incl. tank, base and decks), liquids, flavours, cotton, coils and drip tips are hygiene articles and therefore excluded from exchange.
