Shipping information
We ship with DHL Express, Swiss Post and UPS. We calculate the shipping costs according to the current prices of DHL Express, Swiss Post and the current price model of UPS.
Special shipping methods requested by the customer will be charged with a local surcharge.
The personal shipping costs are calculated in the check-out and can be seen there. Please select the desired destination country and the desired shipping method.
We ship worldwide. Countries with a mail shipping ban on e-cigarettes are excluded.
The following countries have a shipping ban on e-cigarettes to private individuals:
- Mexico
- Turkey
- USA
Since February 2023, only liquids (eLiquids, flavours, etc.) with a German tax label may be marketed in Germany. All liquids offered by us do not have a German tax label. As soon as you import liquids, you must pay tax on them yourself when crossing the border into Germany. If you order from us as a German customer, you do so at your own risk. SQURI AG as the sender assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable.
If shipping to these countries is nevertheless desired, the responsibility for this lies solely with the recipient.
StattQualm accepts no liability in the event of a failed import which is not authorised by the authorities of the recipient country. Any return costs due to an unauthorised import into the recipient country shall be charged in full to the customer.
- StattQualm assumes no liability for customs seizures.
- StattQualm does not guarantee the successful import of the offered products into the recipient country.
- Legal clarifications regarding the import of the products offered must be carried out by the importer, i.e. the orderer, himself.
- For orders that may not be imported into the respective country, StattQualm declines any liability for return or destruction by customs authorities.
For deliveries without tracking and insurance (small parts) via Swiss Post, the customer bears the risk of unsuccessful delivery in all cases.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48h (except on weekends), provided that the requested items are in stock. StattQualm reserves the right to suspend the processing and dispatch of orders on Swiss public holidays and during company holidays.
The final price of the order within Switzerland and Liechtenstein includes VAT plus the stated shipping costs.
Orders from outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein will be charged without VAT or sales tax. The deduction of VAT or sales tax takes place in the check-out as well as on the invoice.
For shipments outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, StattQualm assumes no responsibility for the value added tax or sales tax to be paid and for the costs of the forwarding agent as well as for customs duties. These are to be paid by the customer directly to the competent authority or the forwarder.
There is no minimum order value. StattQualm may exclude individual methods of payment or carriers in general or for individual customers without further justification.

No shipping fees are charged for orders over a certain value. Check how much you still need to order at check-out to benefit from any free shipping.
