Ematalising is an extremely demanding process in the surface treatment of aluminium parts. In contrast to certain other oxidising processes, the advantages are a high dimensional stability and a very dense surface structure. The anodic process gives functional parts made of aluminium a durable and extremely scratch-resistant surface protection. Heavily stressed parts such as high-pressure valves and medical components made of aluminium are treated with this process because they have a low roughness, thus eliminating the need for costly lubrication of moving parts. Our advantage: ematalised aluminium parts are non-conductors!
