For almost eight years, the online shop of StattQualm by SQURI AG was accessible under the URL shop.squape.ch. During this time, the SQuape shop always ran with the Shopware shop system.
Now everything is different: Since 4 February 2023, our online shop for e-cigarettes has been accessible under the new URL https://sq-vape.ch. Like the other two SQURI AG online shops (everydaycarry.ch and hopfnung.ch), the SQ vape shop now also runs with the JTL shop software.
In addition to many advantages, this change also entails a few changes for you as a customer. Among other things, it is possible that your customer account is not yet registered in the new system. Due to a faulty database in the old Shopware system, we were unfortunately unable to transfer all customer accounts.
How do you notice that your customer account is missing in the new shopware system?
- click on "Forgotten password" in the login mask
- under "e-mail", enter the e-mail address you used to register in the old online shop.
- if you do not receive a link after this action, you are unfortunately not yet registered in the new shop system.
- In this case, we ask you to register again. This is the only way you can continue to benefit from all the advantages of the new SQ Vape online shop.
Even if your customer account already exists in the new system, it is inevitable that you will need a new password. The procedure is the same as described above. The only difference is that when you click on the "Forgotten password" link, you will receive a link to reset your password. Click on this link and set your new password as you wish. You will then be able to order from us as a registered customer and benefit from various advantages.
Another innovation concerns the previous loyalty bonus system. Unfortunately, this could not be transferred to the new shop system for technical reasons. This means that if you previously benefited from a loyalty bonus in our online shop, you will unfortunately no longer have this bonus in the new system.
However, so that we can continue to reward our loyal customers, we have a bonus point system in the new online shop. With this system, you collect bonus points for every purchase you make as a registered customer in our SQ Vape online shop. These are credited to your account seven days after a successful order.
The collected points are then available to you. You can redeem them for your next purchase or save them up for a slightly larger purchase. The bonus points correspond to a discount of 5 percent.
Attention: For data protection reasons, customer accounts are automatically deleted after two years of inactivity. This means that after two years of inactivity, the collected loyalty points will also expire.
If you run a vape business and would like to order larger quantities from us as a business customer, you will receive a B2B customer account after prior verification with us. You need a customer account so that you can see our attractive conditions for dealers and wholesalers in the online shop.
To open a customer account, simply log in as a customer on the "Registration" page and then send us an e-mail with the dealer enquiry and your extract from the commercial register.
As soon as we have the required documents, we will immediately activate your B2B account. After logging in with your customer login, you will then see the dealer prices that apply to you.
